The Cab
This foremost cab increases safety for equipment operators by featuring a cab with Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS) and Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) features. The cab also features an energy-efficient LED light with a protective cover and meets EMARK and T4F certification standards.
For the comfort of cab operators, the XC938 features climate controls that provide customizable temperatures with a strong heating and air conditioning system, and an insulated diaphragm molded rubber floor.
With a best in the world 316.5-degree broad-vision cab, the cab creates a safer environment as operators navigate the terrain. Plus, the cab’s reinforced glass provides a quiet operating environment by lowering noise to 75 decibels.
Emergency Systems
The cab also features an intelligent vehicle weighing system, reversing camera, and an emergency braking switch. The loader also features a battery protection switch, a driving stabilizing system, and an FEA standardized extra heavy-load frame structure to ensure a strong build of the XC938 and extended machine life with digging capacity at 15%. Also a remote pressure testing center.
Cummins Engine & Additional Features
The high-efficiency Cummins engine provides excellent power matching at a competitive 99 kW, and features an automatic 4BP 190 torque converter to reduce the shifting impact of traveling to various work conditions. The XC938 features the most efficient cycling time at 8.5s compared to the CAT926M at 10.5s and the CLG835H at 10.1s.
A full hydraulic wet brake system provides the high reliability and maintenance-free environment needed.
